Return Process

  Place your unworn items back into their original packaging and include the completed returns form found inside your delivery note.

  Generate a Return Label

  Visit our online returns portal to select your preferred courier and download a pre-paid QR code or printable shipping label.

  Drop Off Your Item

  Take your parcel to any authorized drop-off point, such as a local Post Office or designated locker, and ensure you retain your proof of postage.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 7 to 10 working days.
